Contact our office by phone and speak to a human in order to initiate a transfer to our account, or physically deliver a check to our office for your earnest money deposit. Funds for closing will need to be wired to us.

Once you've spoken to our office, we will initiate a process through Closing Lock where wire instructions are sent to you accessible only by Multi-Factor Authentication.

Always verify those instructions with our office by phone - these instructions will NEVER change and if we're holding your earnest money deposit, your funds for closing will go to that same account.

There have been many instances of real estate agents’, brokers’ attorneys’ and/or

consumers’ email addresses being hacked/phished. The cyber criminals forward

bogus wire instructions, redirecting deposits and/or cash to close to a fraudulent

bank account. Once received, the money is quickly sent offshore, where it is

difficult if not impossible to retrieve.

Our wire instructions will not be changed or altered in anyway. If someone representing Enterprise Title or any other party involved in your transaction sends you new or revised wire instructions, CALL OUR OFFICE IMMEDIATELY. DO NOT SEND AN EMAIL.
